1. Introduction

Welcome to PurePulse Wellness. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

PurePulse Wellness provides a range of holistic health services, including but not limited to massage therapy, nutritional counseling, yoga classes, meditation workshops, and wellness retreats. We also offer holistic health products, such as supplements and essential oils.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments for services can be booked online, by phone, or in person at our wellness center. Payment information may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment Terms

Service Fees: Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

Product Purchases: Payment for products is required at the time of purchase. All sales of products are final, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Packages and Memberships: We offer packages and memberships for regular clients. These must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Returns

Services: Refunds for services are only available if the client is unsatisfied with the service provided and the issue is reported within 24 hours of the appointment. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Products: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. Defective or damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange.

6. Client Responsibilities

Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health and medical history before receiving services. PurePulse Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. PurePulse Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior.
